The work culture is really worst.. There are only two or three people work here but the founder lies about her teams by saying that ‘we have the team of 8 to 10 people’ you’ll not get any kind of appreciation. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
