Good place for beginners. Employee will get hands-on experience on several. Work life balance is extremely good and office environment is quite good and colleagues are extremely supportive and friendly in nature. You will get on time salary

Dislikes

You will start getting bored once you are used to your task because there is nothing new to learn or do once you're experienced in your task. Number of new projects are very less. Salary increment is not upto the mark. It is a good place to start but not good for experience candidate

spotrix is startup company, but still here many things i can learn.

as i said it is a startup company, so from that point of view, it's far better than many others startup company.

i'm junior linux admin. i'm a fresher so, i'm learning many things here like- vmware esxi, bash script for automation, sometimes i use ansible when i need to change something on many servers and some linux admin task.
