Dislikes

Never give salary on time every time. And second and main think is the behaviour of Director Amit Sharma is unacceptable he is too rude every employee in Spokenmate is suffering from mental trauma due to his behaviour. He treats us as we are his slave one of the worst company I have ever seen.

Nothing good about this organisation, As so called director Mr Amit sharma is not a professional guy. Always with new policies and false commitments, moreover his mindset is to deduct the salary.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
