I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Company will never treat u as an reputed engineer but as a worker.

Dislikes

Company willl never pay your full payment and you have to fight for your invested money(expenses). You have to travel in SLEEPER or General class only company will not provide hotel rooms more than 700 Rs.
