It is a proporitership company. There will not be growth in your career, if you join. There is no ESI and PF. They are importing machineries from China and some machineries manufactured by them. Billing it self horrible to do. Because they do half of the amount in billing rest of the amount will be getting by direct cash to cut offGST. And if you take leave they do cut off your salary. There is no work life balance. Bigger family politics going on. Due to which employees are suffering....Read More
