Not much is done by Speed Records for their employees during the times of lockdown, they are not even paying the salaries on time during this Scoail Pandemic times.

It is a good place for anyone who does not want anything from himself just comes to office at 10 leave at 6 get your salary on time and keep doing this for your whole life nothing more.

Dislikes

No growth, no creative liberty, they people treat the employes like servent except one boss which is also the most senior one but the younger one is lunatic and so childish.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
