The management will never trust you and your work. They will put the employees down and will insult you for your knowledge and experience. No appreciation for the work done. Never think and work as your company because the Founder will ensure that he shows you that the company is not yours. The attrition rate is very high here. Theday starts and ends with stress here. The management is always confused as to what they want. The culture stinks with politics having a bunch of immatures who do not work but believe in gossiping....Read More
