They pay the variable payment in a spread manner but fixed compensation are always paid on time.

Free hand, innovative marketing approach, not pestering people with targets

Work Details

Sales & Marketing job is very tough for the past one year, more difficult during covid because of conversions in business

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
