Company is very good company and no doubt about it but the local management was not handled propeefy because of their management (Husband and Wife) company has been closed the indian operation

It's gives a immense pleasure to say that I was a part of Sot.. .it is from home to another home...very open and good place to learn new things..

Salary range is huge difference from higher level to medium level...career growth is absolutely zero..appraisal is based on someone's personal wims and fancy...no consideration for one years hard work..

I was in a key profile handling womens complete prod for all labels. It gave me super confidence to handle technical aspects..
