There was a lot of pressure in their work, money for work was sometimes given very late, there is no fixed time for salary to come, there was no increase in salary, they want professional level in work but there is no way to talk to centre management, their tone of talking changes within 2 minutes, local salary was not enough for 1 month and we had to take personal Indian salary for local expenses, our personal phone was used a lot for office work.
