1. They definitely give opportunities to the freshers, whether you know the work or not. 2. They teach you such work which you would not have ever imagined in your life and they teach you well how to survive in an unknown city, among unknown people in you life, which helps us in our works. 3. They push you for every work which is a very good thing, they will make you such a person who has no limits. 4. They take you out of your comfort zone and push your limits, due to which our passion for work increases ever more and you become a multi-talented person.

Dislikes

There was a lot of pressure in their work, money for work was sometimes given very late, there is no fixed time for salary to come, there was no increase in salary, they want professional level in work but there is no way to talk to centre management, their tone of talking changes within 2 minutes, local salary was not enough for 1 month and we had to take personal Indian salary for local expenses, our personal phone was used a lot for office work. I didn’t like all these things at all.
