Nothing, absolutely nothing!! Except my technical manager was good and knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Toxic culture. Politics around junior members of team across teams. No accountability of deadlines by HR. Blame game from lower to higher level. Don't get selected!!

The owner / CEO of the company is very good, He is very friendly and respects everyone. Team members are also good. There is no salary issue.

Dislikes

One manager can damage the whole team and work culture. Cunningness is not so good when you are working in a Team. A person who is in a post where he /she is handling a team needs to be responsible and respect others and also he/she needs to be well qualified for the same. Blame game doesn't work..
