Some colleagues are good. Nothing else.

Dislikes

No job security, no work planning, no work system or flow. Very toxic environment to work. You are judges for whom you even talk to. Nobody knows what’s happening, anything’s coming from anywhere. No value of talent, it’s a family company.

No work life balance. Every random thing is urgent even when it’s utter nonsense

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
