Pathetic organization. During the interview everyone was trying to be very nice. During work there was no support, expectations were so high. One kind of role and location was given to multiple executives which makes it difficult to work and deliver the results. Bring WFH there was huge communication gap. There was no transparency. All the tools stopped working and i was following up for a month on daily basis but they were treating me like was a fool. They didn't pay my salary for entire month without any reason, neither I have given resignation not I was asked to leave but they just stopped giving response be it Team manager, be it director be it HR . Overall they were waiting for first month for the client whom they were asking me to get for them from previous organization but the client didn't agree so next months onwards their behavior was changed and all of a sudden tools and mails access was stopped for me and attendance software also stopped working. They have intentionally made this happen so that they won't be paying anything and eventually the employee will leave the organization.
