There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.other wise good

Work Details

The job is interesting.i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.l got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.☺️

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
