Likes

Employee has the facility for home pick and drop, Growth at Sitel is quick depending on your average scores. SALARY at sitel is very low not even close to the market value, good for freshers. Sitel management is friendly and transparent. Politics is everywhere.

Dislikes

Salary, because hike dosent happen when it has to. Sitel would be the last company or at times "NO" in this regards. "BUT IT IS THE BEST PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW, SITEL TEACHES TEACHES A LOT OF THINGS".

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
