Dislikes

No good food facility, always having 4 employess in cab which is too conjusted and uncomfortable. No salary increment which is very disgusting. They don't promote quickly for the position. It always takes so long. For every festival they have decorated very well for Christmas, new year, diwali, even for sankranti but none on ramzan, none on Eid. No equality. But they supported LGBT lollll !!!!!

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
