Very good project long time project i am filed officer maximum days filed my aria isha center near tribal homlets show very happy the job staff members good first security then job.good experience face to face people speaked long time job is good but my self higher education study purpose then relive the job but good intraction with people and NRC team members....

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Team is excellent, committed and very sincere, no much travel.

Dislikes

No scope for training here. As need to work under several managers at a time, satisfying all is difficult and decisions are based not on factual, but on verbal opinion, so job security is in jeopardy. No scope of career growth. Appraisal are highly biased so first time salary bargaining is very important further growth is very very restricted. highly political environment, nothing learn as non domain people controls the work, no scope for innovation, work life balance is absolutely not there...Read More
