Owner is a Inliterarure People,so every time blaming his employees every mistake which happens by him,terrible work environment & no job security,every month salary was hold due to financial crunch.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Work Environment is very poor & Salary is not sufficient as per work pressure & every month salary holded by Owner due to financial crunch.No Career Growth is here.Nobody is available to guide new joiners that how to work here.There is a lots of politics & no privacy of working women employees.

Work Details

The Job is quite interesting but nobody will guide you how to do work & all pressures are come to me,if I don't know anything which need here Owner blamed me & don't understand employees issues.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
