I have worked in many places, I have experienced all the places but in Silver State Resort, I saw a family atmosphere where the standards are such, MD GM Sir, he never considers his staff inferior to him. He gives equal respect to everyone. It does not seem that he is such a great person and his nature is so affectionate. What should I write in this two line box? I don't have words about such great people. I want to thank them from my heart if I can write everything in this box. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
