There is opportunity to learn a lot. If you can survive the tongue lashing of the employer.

Dislikes

The owner / employer has terrible temper. Every single employee gets scolded on a regular basis. There is no benefits like PF or ESI. No casual leave. Salary structure is poor. Work pressure extremely high. I am production manager and I had to look after Purchase also as purchase person left. The extra work did not come with any salary increment.
