Toxic culture always try to. Let you down Engineers are treated like technician and Boss is manipulated my old staff Rude behaviour ,abusing and you are badly humiliated When you Give Resignation. Outside management is Like There is a married couple in management who is very toxic and Always gossip Always take your knowledge andUse you and You will not appreciate for your Work And not get credit u will not get perfomance Bonus after hard work don't expect appraisal they will buy new cars But not give you appraisal every year Selfish Boss In pan India projects They except to sleep in Footpaths due to cost savings Except director all are good...Read More
