Only the location. The office is conveniently located near public transportation and has ample parking facilities. Also food is chargeless.

Dislikes

There is a severe lack of transparent communication from upper management regarding company goals and direction. Limited opportunities for career development within the company. Also office politics affect your mental strength. Also there is zero job security for employees. Compensation packages are below industry standards.

There is nothing to like in Siddhatech. Too much of politics.

Dislikes

Very bad managers leeching on this company. Siddhatech is one of the worst company to be joined as fresher. Due to manager politics and bad environment this company will never go anywhere. The micro management is a huge blocker to free thinking of a developer. I would never recommend anyone to join this company in my entire life. And if you're reading this review, do warn others.
