The Seniors are have experience in multidisciplinary industry and come from various background such as scientist, military, Retd. Law officers, management, etc; so we have to be aware of multi industry knowledge and information which is all blended and used in legal background.

Dislikes

Heavy duty work and too many deadlines to meet. The seniors are cooperative but could be brutal if associates shows complacency. The environment is highly competititve and associates need to upgrade themselves with latest industry information. The associates are also given time to time training and coaching with the industry titans and Senior advocates, Retd. Judges etc. No job security at all.

Work Details

Office opens at 8.00 but the associates have option to come till 11.00 but they have to work for 9 hrs. which may extent to 12 hrs. We have 45 min lunch break. In evening we have daily brief meeting where we discuss day's work and following da
