There is only few people (HOD) who is having proper knowledge, all other are just newbie appointed as HOD, They will just ignore you in for issue. Company has few of Client sites, owner of the company want you to satisfy the client, no matter how. Sometimes there is a situation where client is wrong and what you did is right, but still owner will take client side. Which lets employees moral down.
