Nothing, except supporting senior employees. You will regret your decision after joining SI INFOTECH LLP.

Dislikes

Management only wants to fill his pocket. No bonus, no gifts, no travelling expenses, no appreciation. Company policy keeps getting change verbally as per management convenient. Yearly 10 leaves with no carry forward option. Daily more then 12 hours work, with no overtime salary. No HR, No outting, No policy for salary appraisal. Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
