There is no to guide you, so you have to learn everything by yourself which will your self.

There is only few people (HOD) who is having proper knowledge, all other are just newbie appointed as HOD, They will just ignore you in for issue. Company has few of Client sites, owner of the company want you to satisfy the client, no matter how. Sometimes there is a situation where client is wrong and what you did is right, but still owner will take client side. Which lets employees moral down. Nothing, except supporting senior employees. You will regret your decision after joining SI INFOTECH LLP.

Dislikes

Management only wants to fill his pocket. No bonus, no gifts, no travelling expenses, no appreciation. Company policy keeps getting change verbally as per management convenient. Yearly 10 leaves with no carry forward option. Daily more then 12 hours work, with no overtime salary. No HR, No outting, No policy for salary appraisal.
