Responsibilities:
End-User Support: Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. This includes troubleshooting issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware problems, including identifying faulty components, performing repairs or replacements, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support.
Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, including Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite (including O365), and other business-critical applications.
Operating System Support: Provide support for Windows 11 operating systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and security updates.
MS Office/O365 Support: Support users with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Office 365 services, including email, collaboration tools, and online applications.
Network Printer Support: Troubleshoot network printer issues, including connectivity problems, driver installation, and print quality issues.
Peripheral Support: Support users with various peripherals, such as scanners, webcams, and other devices.
Remote Support: Provide remote support to users using remote access tools.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
