As a fresher it's a great platform to learn & get familiar with actual industrial work. It's a great experience. I get to interact with customers.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow,the work pressure is very high

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
