New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. No promotion or incentives. No learning or growth if you work there. Other chat /non-voice process have separate managers and TLs but here no management. Senior Associates and Junior Associate work on same CTC. Junior Associate handles 2-3 process together but no appraisal for his work instead forcing to extend his shift.

I literally don't want to work in this company again. No job security, no employee retention, no support from hr department.

Dislikes

They lied about the salary structure during the joining. I was poromised for 12500 around but what i received everymonth was 10250. Remaining amount they said deducted pf. But when I checked epfo I found only rs. 6400 after working for 6 month. I don't know what happened. Also I did not recieved the my notice period salary. That is so dissapointing. I suggest no one to work there. 😡 Liars.

It takes too much time to answer the e-mails and I had to send e-mail 5-6 times to get my experience letter and I have sent several emails regarding my salary slip and still I didn't get it. They only support their employees i.e. Manager, Assistant manager and Team leader whether they are right or wrong.
