For Fresher's it's good to gain knowledge in technology as well as experience about the workplace and way of communication skills you can learn there they still need to expand there business like professional way in technology otherwise it's good.

There is no career growth to get more knowledge, if you prefer to work in company or corporate world in future then you should try to to other jobs bcz it's good for fresher's and local people or native workers.
