The job is quite interesting but also struggled a bit in the beginning because no tranning session are arranged .I am enjoying different role at shreem hallmarking center

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
