Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

the company (center) gived me opportunity nd see i shall proved my level level best,i handle the administration + management nd quality and staff cntl.i heartly thanks to all staff and my boss(CEO).to trust me and give me this opportunity and sorry bcz they dont want to lost me but i choose my courier and that's why i leave this job.

See, At present the gold market is going up nd up in this circumstances,the changes of business is very less,so sir in this circumstances i cant make my future,there is no security nd surity of my future nd thats why i want a change in advance,this is the only reason.
