I had the pleasure of working with M/s Shree Sidhi Vinayak Texcolours Ltd a yarn dyeing plant with a 400tons production capacity. The work environment is open and collaborative, allowing employees to learn and grow across different areas of the company. The owner’s hands-on approach ensures that any problem are swiftly understood and addressed.

Dislikes

One aspect I found challenging was that it’s very easy to find problems in the workplace. However, I learned that of a company provides numerous opportunities and support, we should approach these issues proactively. Instead of viewing them as a company problem, it’s more effective to treat them as our own and work towards solving them. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
