Working with THE SHOW is like giving value to your dreams and a step towards them. For me it's was not just a office, a place where I lived surrounded by people who are just like my family. Joy, Sorrow, Work, Ethics, Culture, Achievement,Experience, Happiness, Satisfaction and People who runs this organisation make it more lively.

Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

If someone dreams for something will not find anything which they dislikes about the company where they lived that dream.

Working at THE SHOW is slightly challanging and hectic but it's fine this is what event industry demands for.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
