Shopper is actually not a company , its is a product. The offical name of the company is Gati Automata. All Employees will be only a consultant and they will pay in monthly basis. Due to this , the employee will be unsafe as they won't get any payslip or can't even open a Salary Account with the company name as it is only registered in UK .So the employees will be considered as a freelancer. It is a very small team of 5 - 10 members. so everyone will be having a key role to play in the company. Young and energetic team...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
