As a startup one can get to learn a lot, and is always motivated so much so that you get attached to the companies success and celebrate it as if it’s your own achievement. Co-Employees are super helpful and down to earth.

Dislikes

Getting an appraisal or bonuses can be challenging. Sometimes one may need to stay for extra hours if the work demands

Work Details

Work life is peaceful, easy trainings whenever one gets stuck in the project.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
