GMC management is not up to the mark, I believe that they could do better. Work culture at my department was just fine, however it was much cool in other departments

Dislikes

My department in particular was a male dominant department, and for that reason female voice were not heard much or I could say were not understanding. However, other department or administrative were female dominant and therefore I don’t think they had any issue.

Work Details

I was much involved in medical student teaching, examining and treating patients at our outreach out patient department, health talks, health programs, assisting during exams etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
