It may be very difficult to work with some uneducated personal, their mother tongue is worstever ..

Dislikes

The main reason to dislike is salary scale, if the requirters ask for their salary which they discussed before the joining, it may be possible to get lower salary than as u wanted before the joining...

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
