I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

In China the management every employees provided all the documents but india employees not provide documents. Like offer letter and salary slips, experience letter something extra.

Management is very average because work pressure is more but we don't good job in all time but in life we forget to enjoy . company policy need to upgrade and favour to employee that's needed. Salary vise it's good no problem at all . We can learn manytime in sinvo automation knowledge and learning is excellent.
