They don't care about Employees especially crew . Crew guys face lot of problems but no one lesson them , because manager's, and all uper persons take them lightly. So i have humble request for you please take care of crews. 85% crews are uneducated, they can't explain our problems. So i think this is all of your responsibility, you should take care of them.
