Senior Management tries a lot to understand and fix issues.

Managers in project are biased. Deliberately distributes job wrongly on Team Leaders without doing their own job. Team Leaders here has very less opportunities to learn or upgrade themselves as throughout the day they only need to audit ( QA job ), followup of completion of different modules and PKT ( Trainers job ). They don't get feasible opportunities to create connect with Team members or conduct planned session for performance management or review people even after spending more than 10 hrs in office due to wrong distribution of job. Managers behaviors are highly unprofessional as they don't have ability to plan things and utilize the supporting department of Training and Quality for proper output resulting to high-level dissatisfied TLs and Associates. My worst experience there, no work life balance baised staff corrupt and insolent rude from top to bottom ypu will be treated as dust pan there where they will put their loads on you only. I will not suggest startek anyone for job 🤬 Staff and management 0 from my side

Supervisors are not supportive, they will not make you learn anything but the ir expectations are so high from the first day of joining. Working culture, management, HRs is so bad such as everyone is Toxic. whenever you take any escalation to HR they didn't provide the resolution, they will come back to same point that u have to suffer.

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

Very corrupt leadership, only dirty politics. Senior managers hit people in office and loudly tell it as joke. Few people cant be touched because they are protected by high -up managers, they commit posh violation still nothing happens to them.

Supervisors are mean and doesn't care for our well being, all they focused on there representation infront of their supervisors. My assistant manager told me that there is nothing as work life balance. You have to work whenever we want.
