Decent stipend, very flexible timings - rarely had to sit after 6 or had to arrive before 11, good fellow articles, 6-7 months leave for CA final exam

Very very poor company culture, no one ever will teach you anything. They will send you to any audit without any or with negligible training and then they will expect you to be an expert while preparing report. At the time of joining they will tell you for no on paper extension but at the end they will give on paper extension. Initially, the firm was very good in terms of work exposure but now there are no clients left. Please don't join....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
