I belonged to the foundary ...Below officer rank people are really good . And helpful. Director is really helpful and push you towards good and reasonability..

I belonged to the foundryThe top management of the company is totally corrupt and fraud. They do not issue any experience certificate. Plant head is just worried about dispatch , he takes no interest for reduction of bad quality products and breakdown in maintenance. Fools the director by providing wrong report so the director is obviously misleaded every day. And no facility is provided. Leaving pf and esi....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
