I belonged to the foundryThe top management of the company is totally corrupt and fraud. They do not issue any experience certificate. Plant head is just worried about dispatch , he takes no interest for reduction of bad quality products and breakdown in maintenance. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
