Only upper management are good

At Mumbai Team Leaders are just want to do whatever they want, they can call their team members to start work whenever they want without thinking the timings. They can call 11 pm, 7 am odd timings and always pressurise to extend their shift atleast 10 to 12 hours on daily basis.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
