Very punctual in salary disbursement. Always on time.

No work life balance. Unfortunately urgency of work never ended in my case. You are expected to work 12 hrs a day and of course you will get a mean senior who will take all the credits for good things and blame you for their mistakes. Management should have to work alot on these things. if you cant give good salaries, employees atleast deserve a good gesture of affection and consideration. If engineers put the loads off their shoulders I am damn sure senior/mid-senior level management won't be able to do that thing for any organisation.
