The lack of management for this company for a few years has given some people more priority to those who have worked in this company from the beginning so changing the terms and conditions of the company as they like puts forward those who work in a way that they like and puts more pressure on those who work honestly for the company What I don’t like is that people are intentionally fired

My working life is good. If I work 8 hours a day and then have more work then I get overtime and Saturday and Sunday are also holidays. Having two days off per week does not seem to have done much work. Working in this company near home.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
