It is a proprietor based company and the only plus point is that the product quality is excellent and the service ratio is other than that all other things are minus.

Dislikes

There are no fan models available such as Table / Pedestal / Wall & Exhaust fans making it very difficult for me to service the market. Limited models of ceiling fans only available. No prior information is given if a particular model is getting discontinued. No brand promotion activities (BTL) such as dummy fans, retailer boards and distributor boards. All decisions are taken by proprietor only and there is absolutely no power for ALL INDIA MARKETING MANAGER to whom I report directly. I am not able to answer my distributors and retailers where they trust me. Seion is a NEW BRAND which absolutely is promoted only througb face value.
