Hi, regarding seafareres teammates are very cooperative, job is not much secure career growth is not good about salary is not good as per performance sometimes seven days working there. appraisal is very less because there senior employees is not getting much salary so staff giving 100% output but taking 50% input. thats why i wanted to switch for another oraganization . thanks.

Dislikes

first of all there is no career growth. if they fire any employee they terminates any time even they do not intimate nothing any gives notice period before 30 days or 15 days or 7 days but when the employee want s to left the company employee restrictly shoulod be informs before 30 days.

Work Details

my work role there is office cordinator. check the documents of candidates made the admit card emails there roll n. and selection letter. maintain the interview list and roll no. also conduct the exams etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
