I only like that I've learned new things about print media from seniors that time. But the seniors also left the company now.

Dislikes

There's no work-life balance. You'll feel like coaching centre. You can't even talk with your co workers. They don't provide proper salary. Then they prepare excuses to deduct your salary. They even deduct your salary if you take 1day sick leave in 1month. No fixed working hours. Office will start from 11pm, but the closing hours will be 9:00pm/ 9:15/9:30/ sometimes even 9:45.So, lot of reasons to dislike this company....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
