I didn't work there in covid period, so can't say much. All colleagues are good with very good knowledge. Very good for learning new skills in 3ds max

Dislikes

I had to work there for late night on daily basis, we also have to work on weekends. Some of the seniors also come to diwali and other festivals. If you are leaving office late night, no cab, reimbursement etc will be provided. Increament was also very poor. Please don't join for longer time period.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. If possible, I would have given them lower than 1 star. They fired without any notice period. Job security is a joke there, company policy swings with the mood swings of the MD.

Work Details

There has been days when I have stayed for whole night. Atleast for 8 out of 22 working days i have worked for 15 hours. So, work life balance is a fairy tale there.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
